Everyone Must Follow These Rules the Best that They Can.
No Member is to post in the RPG Area without First asking for a Cannon Character or Creating their own Character using our Profile Template.
Respect the Staff of this Forum, and follow what they say if they have asked you to do something.
You are allowed One(1) account per person, All others shall be deleted.
Don't Hot Link Images off of sites Please host them yourself as not doing so is considered Stealing.
Don't Be annoying (don't act like a stupid newbie)
Do not Kill off anyones Character without their permission. (Admin as the choice to Kill of anyones Character should they become a Problem)
Do Not Move someone else's Character without their Permission. (Its their choice if they go somewhere or not.)
Do not Claims hits on anyones Character. (Again Its their choice if they are hit or not.)
You cant Role play with someone else's character. (Without their Permission and Notice of Admin)
If another Character attacks you, You are to act accordingly meaning (IE: Dodge it or Reflect it) but it must do damage of some kind.
There is to be No Godmoding or Power-playing another Members Characters.
Do not log on to anyone else account and post as them. (Without their permission)
If you no longer want to keep role-playing a Character, please let us know, so that we can either kill off your character or *let someone bunny it for awhile, or *transfer it altogether to a new person. (* Only if it is a Cannon Character)
Make regular posts each week, preferably 4 or so, so other characters aren't stuck waiting for you. (Please try hard to do this if you know you can not do that then don't get actively involved in a key plot thread)
It is Advised that you Do Not enter a well established thread if there are only two or more members posting in the thread Without first asking if you can post (Either in a PM or as a OOC post in the thread), also if you are a Thread starter and you wish only a select few to post in your thread then put (Private) in the title and post in the first post Who is allowed to post in your thread. If you thread does not have (Private) in the title it will be considered (Open) to other members to post.
As a Secondary Rule to the one above, If you are entering a Well established thread that is (Open) or (Private) be sure to post a reason on 'how' and 'why' your character is in that area where the thread is placed.
If you have joined a thread and there are several people posting please try and give everyone a chance to post so as not to have anyone get left behind. But if someone hasn't posted within a week (5 to 7 days) then you may bypass them but try to leave it so that person could jump back in the thread once they return if they do.
You can either be a canon character (IE. Sailor Moon, Jupiter Kamen) or make-up you own character (IE. Sailor Sun, Pluto Knight), but make sure you give us explicit details and info.
Must be able to type in English, clearly and understandable to all posters. If you are of another language there are several Translators on the net that can translate your post for you into English.
If you have asked for a Cannon Character please be sure to post to threads that your character may be called for and if you should not post or login at all in a 30 day time you will loose the character.
No sex! Mild kissing, like *Sally kissed him and smiled. "Thank you, you really aren't such a bad guy"* that kind of thing is fine. So is hugging, but there is to be no porn worthy material content on here. If you feel the need to want to do something like that do a *Time Skip* then continue on from there.
Please remember this is a roleplay, no little one-liners. We can understand if you have writers block, but if you do it all the time you will get warnings.
Most important of all follow the rules and no one gets hurt *evil eyes* and of course have fun !
Anyone who doesn't follow the rules will have their character deleted and/or character removed (if they have a cannon) and if the offense warrants it your account will be banned.

Powerplaying: What it is, and why we hate it!
Powerplaying, we all have little ideas behind what it is, but do you really know what most role playing sites consider Powerplaying? Powerplaying is the act of controlling another person’s character. A Powerplayer, in role playing, is someone who Powerplays by controlling another person’s character. Powerplaying includes EVERYTHING that you could possibly control about another person. If you decide what they say, you’re powerplaying. If you decide how they feel, you’re power playing. If you decide how they react to something, you’re powerplaying. I’ll give you an example of a post that Powerplays, and one that doesn’t.
Johnny and Markus are two characters on a role playing site that are played by two different people. Johnny is making the first post in a thread.

A smile came across Johnny’s face as he spotted his friend Markus from across the room. As Johnny approached his good friend, Markus called out “Hey!.”
Being a good friend to the man, Johnny of course returned his comment by calling out, “What’s up?” Both men grinned and laughed while rolling around on the floor.
As you can tell, Johnny wrote a poor post, and controlled Markus before Markus could have a choice in anything he wanted to do. Markus never replied, nor role played with Johnny, because he was a horrible Powerplayer. This is how it should have gone.

That post doesn’t Powerplay at all. Though Johnny states he found his friend already sitting at a table this isn’t powerplaying in the fact that Johnny made the thread. Unlike the first time though, Johnny didn’t control any of Markus’s reactions or actions. If Markus felt it was unlike his character to be early, which would have been established in a well written bio, Johnny, who is no longer a Powerplayer, would have known and posted so that Markus wasn’t there yet. That’s basic powerplaying gals and guys, so learn it, love it, and deal with it.

Thank you Mako-mama, those two new rules make it alot better to understand, and I guess I have learned my lesson that I need to start using (Private) and (Open) in my thread names from now on. I thank you for using the ideas.
